At Mulgoa Spitroast Professionals, our policy is to provide you with the highest quality foods at value for money, whether it is for a function of 30 or 1000 guests. We go to great lengths to ensure that your function is a successful occasion. When selecting a caterer, the most important thing to remember is that you are assured plenty of fresh food, and that everything is included in the quoted price. This is the service we provide for you in our extensive range of packages.

Our onsite spitroast cooking of succulent beef, pork or marinated chicken, cooked slowly over a long period of time, keeps meats tender and juicy and it is there for guests to view on arrival. Our friendly uniformed staff will arrive approximately half an hour before you are ready to serve your meal. They will carve the meat and attend to your guests. All buffet meals include enough food for at least second helpings. All spits are completely covered in, gas operated and portable so your function can take place where ever you may require. (Example: home, halls, park.)

Meat is supplied by Mulgoa Gourmet Butchery. We also make our own salads and hot dishes.

All packages included our friendly uniformed staff to take care of the guests, clear the tables after your meal and remove rubbish from the venue. You may also change your menu to suit your function. (An additional fee may apply).

Please note that for some menus that are under 50 guests, one (1) type of meat is provided. Two (2) meats can be supplied at an additional price.
